Trading Levels PTY LTD Review – Mimicking Regulated International Firm

Swindlers use different methods to fool their marks into investing. Regardless of how convincing they may seem, unregulated brokers are dangerous predatory entities that exist solely to steal your money.

Institutions Warn of Scam
At first sight, the Trading Levels PTY LTD broker seems completely legit. Their website even shows proof of a license that doesn’t belong to them, yet is issued by Australian leading regulator, ASIC.
What these swindlers did was take advantage of the fact that the ASIC register doesn’t show the registered domain of a regulated firm, only their physical address and registry numbers.
Upon closer look, we also found an alleged UK address of their office posted on the site, but the firm doesn’t have a FCA permit to sell derivatives. Looking through the databases of leading financial authorities also brought disturbing discoveries. ASIC, IOSCO, AFM, and CONSOB have blacklisted this firm as a clone of Trading Levels Pty Ltd (ACN 126495609; tradinglounge.com).
Heavily Manipulated Ratings
It is not uncommon for fraudulent firms to pay for reviews on popular platforms. Besides Trading Levels PTY LTD reviews, this is something MagnumTrade.io does as well.
In this case, the fakes are most prevalent on the Reviews.io platform, where they constitute 73% of all comments. Fakes, posted by review seller networks, can be spotted by how repetitive and indirect they are.
In contrast, clients who are critical of the company share their experience in great detail. They talk about being harassed to invest, only for their assets to be frozen. These claims are corroborated in TrustPilot testimonials.
Fraudulent Operation Exposed
Financial swindlers such as this one or Caviex always try to emulate the workings of a regulated financial business in order to pass as being legit themselves. In the case of clone companies, they actually misrepresent the corporate information of another firm.
This is why we don’t see any advertising, as the scammers are trying to hide the operation from both the financial regulators and the company they’re assuming an identity of. The victims are instead drawn to the faux service by boiler room agents and persuaded to open a Trading Levels PTY LTD account.
These agents work by phone and online messaging services. They constantly pester people to invest, by introducing themselves as being employees of the regulated firm, only to take them to a bogus website later.
Short Term Scam Strategy
The son scheme we see on the tradinglvls.com website was created in October 2023. It is mostly directed at people for the following regions:
- Australia
- Germany
From the WhoIs information, we can see that the domain lease was secured for only a single year, which indicates that the scheme will not have a long lifespan. Contact our recovery team before it’s too late, and the swindlers are gone with your money.
Unreachable Platform
The website recommends the nameless Trading Levels PTY LTD platform to users seeking a “secure, user-friendly, and diverse platform” to safely trade crypto on it. After exploring the site, we found no download buttons or links to the web trader.
It became obvious that the platform is not provided. Thinking it may only be available to members, we tried signing up. Unfortunately, that was not possible, either.
New Members Not Accepted
As always we attempted to create a Trading Levels PTY LTD login. It turns out that new users interested in purchasing any of the packages are not able to do so at a present time.
Nonetheless, the portal advertises prestigious features for accounts, such as specialized education, wealth managers, portfolio support and others.
Prices of these are, of course, exorbitant:
- Silver – $10.000
- Gold – $50.000
- Platinum – $100.000
- Corporate – $1.000.000
No Asset Disclosure
The one-page scam website doesn’t include detailed information about trading instruments. The cons appear to try to push cryptocurrency trading as the alleged platform specialization.
Unfortunately, neither do they mention which cryptos are available or whether they are spot, perp or CFD assets. It is said only that there is an “extensive selection of popular cryptocurrencies”, and that’s about it.
Zero Cost Information
Regulated brokers make profits by charging various costs like swaps, commissions, spreads and various fees. They are bound by law to present the information about these costs in a transparent manner for all clients to see.
In the case of the Trading Levels PTY LTD crypto scheme, you won’t find any information related to any charges. There is no information about leverage either, nor is there any data about withdrawal or account dormancy fees.
Company agents will lure the victims with claims of a cheap service, only to rip them off with various hidden fees. Another method includes an up-front fee strategy, where they request an additional payment before allegedly releasing profits.
Payouts Not Guaranteed
Fraudulent brokerage platforms impersonating regulated firms can’t be trusted with any investments. Deposits are known to end up in the scammers’ pockets with little hope for recovery. These imposters that advertise secure transactions through unknown channels shouldn’t be trusted with a single Trading Levels PTY LTD withdrawal.
Absence of legal documents further casts shadow on the business ethics and practice of this company. With no license, and no transparency, no online trading firm can be considered safe.
How to Get Money Back From Swindlers
This broker is a dangerous online cryptocurrency scam. It is an unregulated business that misappropriated information from another firm in order to appear legit.
Investing with unregulated business is extremely risky, and this company is known for not allowing any payouts. Should you require help with asset recovery, we are at your disposal. You may book a free consultation with our experts at any time by using the live chat option on our site.
