Not Linked With Licensed Entity
Although this firm tries to convince us they’re a regulated broker and wealth management company from the USA, this is false. There is only one Titan Macro in the NFA register, and this firm has nothing to do with the website we’re reviewing.
TITAN MACRO GP LLC is a CFTC-regulated and NFA-approved commodity pool operator who the Titan Macro Finance scam is trying to impersonate.
Alas, cloning attempts are an ordinary thing to see in the online trading world when illicit firms try to attract new customers without obtaining the mandatory licenses. While this may deceive some, be sure that you won’t be enjoying segregated accounts, compensation options or negative balance insurance.
Therefore we suggest you open a brokerage account with Forex dealers that own premium certificates from FCA, BaFin, CNMV or ASIC, for example.
Tandem of Fraudulent Domains
The swindlers operate two different websites. Both of them were launched at the same time in January 2024, with titanmacrofx.com being only a couple of hours older than titanmacrofinance.com.
Although there are two different domains, the target areas remain the same:
- United States
- Cambodia
Due to the relatively young age of the sites there are almost no Titan Macro Finance reviews on popular ratings platforms.
Chilling First Hand Accounts
While there aren’t any online ratings about the company, there is quite a bit of user feedback on various forums. Titan Macro Finance Reddit board is packed to the brim with personal testimonials, which show just how devious and unscrupulous these fraudsters are.
Victims of the scam complain about being subject to known fraudulent strategies, including deception and extortion. If you believe you’re a victim of financial fraud, contact our legal team for help with recovery.
Well Developed Shilling Strategy
Most fraudulent circles operate a scam call center, colloquially known as a boiler room. Their employees work for a percentage of the stolen money, so have a high incentive to defraud as many people as possible.
This particular scheme hooks investors by phone, with promises of high trading returns, low fees and expert guidance. Marks are then directed to a WhatsApp group where numerous other company agents shill the idea of easy money. Through peer pressure, victims are encouraged to create a Titan Macro Finance login and invest.
No Invitation Code? No App!
If you attempt to explore the trading technology enabled on this site, you won’t be able to do so without previously registering for a new account. Non-members can’t access the trading room. Since we didn’t have the sign up code, we were prevented from getting to the Titan Macro Finance platform.
This is quite common among fraudsters, as they wish to handpick their victims and filter out unwanted visitors. Despite the firm bragging about their premium software solution and displaying icons for downloading the app, all of the links are inactive.
Forex Trading as an Advertisement
According to the company’s website, the firm specializes in providing services related to currencies trading, primarily major pairs like EUR/USD. Sadly, without access to the Titan Macro Finance app in any form, we couldn’t verify if these claims were true.
The firm, however, boldly claims to provide the latest trading technology specially equipped with the best tools necessary for Forex success. All of these statements remain empty promises, as the firm shows no proof of any of it.
Not Anyone Can Join
The Titan Macro Finance account creation process requires you to disclose personal information, such as name, email, phone number and ID photos. In addition, only those that have obtained an Invitation code will be accepted as new members. Existing members can certainly still log in – the restriction only applies to newcomers.
Otherwise, the company doesn’t have any sort of specialized account types or packages sold separately. There’s only one, default live trading account and FAQs say there’s no minimum deposit requirement for it.
More About Hidden Fees Tactics
Legal papers on this site look more like FAQs than anything serious, so you can tell these con artists have nothing to do with legal entities. Still none of the details published on the site pertain to paying costs. Only a withdrawal fee of 2% is mentioned.
Characteristics of the trading environment are also unknown, including the most important parameters, such as leverage, spreads and trading commissions.
You should expect terms which are otherwise not allowed in the US, such as increased leverage which JSS Investment also offers.
Can Withdrawals Be Made?
Judging from the user complaints, we’re pretty confident that payout requests are altogether denied and never approved, let alone processed. Also, the majority of clients report about being asked to pay fees in advance to be able to pull their money out.
While the website seems all friendly and nice claiming how withdrawals are quick and can be done via bank wire and crypto, no confirmation of this exists.
What to do in Case of Scam
While it’s definitely wise to stay away from firms like Llds Group and similar, you shouldn’t keep quiet about being robbed. If you want to have any chance of restoring your stolen investments, you should act quick.
