Bystocks Review – Lies About AI Trading Lure Investment Newcomers

The website of this company is simplistic, yet well designed. It is obvious that the content on it is directed towards the younger demographic, be it through different pictures, or the way text was written. The looks are only skin deep, as they say, and if you take some time to actually browse the site it’ll quickly start falling apart on you.

Targeting inexperienced traders is just the sort of an insidious scheme you’d expect from a blacklisted boiler room. Read more about the dangers of unregulated companies in our Bystocks review.

No Trace of Legal Entities

Whoever is behind the site and whatever company runs the scheme, they’re completely anonymous. The website doesn’t reveal a single piece of information to check for the legal status of the conduct.

Since the site claims that the Bystocks broker has existed since 2013 in the Netherlands and is allegedly the biggest Forex provider there, we had to check with the jurisdictional authority. AFM has a register of all licensed financial services providers but this business is not a part of it.

Since that resulted in no new findings, we started checking the registers of all leading regulatory bodies, like FCA, BaFin, CNMV, NFA and others. All we eventually found was an ASIC warning against the fraudster. Safe investing and guaranteed profit are not something you can expect from swindlers such as Allfinanz Plus, either, so better sign up for a regulated platform.

Notorious Boiler Room

The first thing you notice when looking for external links is the lack of any Bystocks reviews on the internet, which is sort of reminiscent of Trade Cipro 100. This is not all – the firm also lists a slew of different social network profiles which are either non-existent, or simply don’t belong to them.

This self-proclaimed broker uses boiler room agents that work in a scam call center. They sift through the phone books around the clock, trying to find new victims by harassing people over the phone.

Company agents use a script made by a seasoned persuasion expert. They often revert to pressure tactics, including extortion, insults and unsolicited calls late into the night, so it’s no wonder some people crack after a while.

Nobody Is Safe

The Bystocks investment says that they’ve been in business for 15 years, earning more than 90 awards in that time. The WhoIs information tells us that the company website was only launched in November 2023, with a one-year lease.

Here’s where the scammers are most active:

  • United Kingdom
  • Ukraine
  • France
  • United States
  • Netherlands

The limited time of lease on the domain is running out. Don’t let the swindlers disappear with your money – contact our experts and start a recovery procedure as soon as possible!

Investing Without a Platform

Investment portals with fraudulent intentions usually don’t provide any kind of trading software. When trying to explore the user panel and get more information from support, we were told that the firm only uses AI powered auto trader software to handle trades.

All customers have to do is handle their funds over and withdraw whenever they want. This Bystocks platform can’t actually be seen or tested, so it may as well be taken as non-existent.

Confusing Instrument Information

Bystocks stock trading is advertised as the name of the game with this website. There’s nothing to corroborate this claim, though, since there’s no instrument table of any kind to be found.

The only thing that does exist is a heatmap imported from TradingView, which lists more or less every stock there is, regardless of what is actually available. The company makes it seem like they offer an impressive selection of ETFs as well, but the buttons that should expand the instruments tables don’t work.

Here’s what’s on offer:

  • Stocks – AMD, Coca-Cola, Amazon, Exxon Mobil
  • ETFs – SPY, QQQ, VTI, EEM

Understanding Investment Plans

Every package sold on the website is priced differently, lasts a certain amount of time and brings alleged guaranteed profit that is unbelievably high. Take a look at what Bystocks plans offer:

  • Stocksbuilder – $200 for 3% ROI every 2 days
  • Stocksbuilder plus – $2.000 for 8% ROI every week for lifetime
  • Securefuture portfolio – $5.000 for 10% ROI every 12 days
  • Securefuture plus – $15.000 for 20% ROI every 12 days
  • Quantum – $31.000 for 30% ROI every 16 days
  • IRA – $50.000 for 35% ROI every 27 days

Hidden Costs Guarantee Loss

It is never clarified how these invisible Forex experts and their magical AI-powered app earn steady income for their customers. Neither is it revealed how much these services cost.

None of the commissions are made public and users investing are convinced to believe all of these services are completely free. Using this blacklisted portal triggers the risk of sudden Bystocks fees and hidden costs being applied, so beware.

Withdrawals Are Not Likely

The business model revolves around the idea that the clients don’t have to do anything themselves. They just have to deposit and withdraw at their own discretion.

The issue here is that the firm itself makes no mention of any different financial channels through which these can be done. The Terms and Conditions document is a single page of text filled with weasel words, without a single mention of Bystocks withdrawal.
